Convention Ticket Price
Price $300.00 USD – all costs/prices are in US Dollars
Tickets and Registration
Number of tickets we must sell to make this a reality: Minimum: 350
Maximum number of tickets we can sell: 500
Hotel room nights needed: minimum: 600 room nights total over the 4 day event.
This is 150 rooms per night.
Your ticket includes:
- Assigned seating by number in the main auditorium
- Free convention T shirt
- Printed program
- Meet and Greet Cocktail Party with food
- Appreciation Party and Charity Auction with food
IF you volunteer, we will have a volunteer wrap party (with food); including our guests.
Optional cost items are:
- Bahamian Feast Friday evening, with Live entertainment – cost to be determined
- Photo Ops with our Celebrity Guests – Friday & Saturday - cost to be determined
- Autograph session with Celebrity Guests – Sunday - cost to be determined

We have a spectacular con room rate that the hotel is honoring 3 days either side of the convention. You can see the individual breakdown if you are a “single” or sharing. The LG Con room rate is $169.00 US per night. Please note that the normal room rates start at $229.00 US.
Reservations need to be made on-line direct to the Sheraton.
Travel Details
Travel to Nassau, The Bahamas does require a VALID Passport.
Visas are not required for the UK, Canada, or US.

Air Fares to The Bahamas
Cost: We did some comparisons using Travelocity and Cheaptickets, etc. Airfares compare favorably if one were to make a comparison of travel cost from almost anywhere to Vancouver with the cost of travel to Nassau, The Bahamas. Of course there are some exceptions.
YOU WILL have to watch fares to grab the best ones. Unfortunately, we can not work out travel deals and we do not have any inside information for travel costs in the year 2011.
AND….firm grasp of the obvious, we encourage all to watch our website registration and ticket counters to know if we are “making progress to target numbers” will proceed with this wild and crazy idea.
